Stating a carrier option when returning an item
Depending on the situation, the responsibility for shipment will fall on either buyer or the seller. If the seller needs the ordered item(s) back, then either the buyer or seller would be responsible for the return shipment. Please see more on this below.
The buyer would be responsible to use a carrier of choice in the following situations:
- If the product is no longer needed
- If an item(s) ordered is wrong
The seller would be responsible to use a carrier of choice in the following circumstances:
- If an item(s) received is damaged/faulty
- If an item (s) received is not as advertised
