Which products do we price match against?
From April 27th 2021, Machine Compare will price match against any electrical and mechanical spare part listed on the Marketplace website with the Lowest Price Guarantee badge.
Should you find any of our products with a Lowest Price Guarantee badge listed cheaper elsewhere, we ask you to send a link or photo as physical evidence, such as an invoice or a receipt for us to review.
If the product is in fact cheaper, we will price match against this lower price.
Our price match applies to all countries regardless of where products are being sold to and from.
Prices we will match against:
We will match the price of these products against worldwide competitors and OEMs provided that:
- We can verify the price offered (the price must be displayed in their store or online)
- It is for the same new product (i.e the same make, model, size and MPN number) offered on the same terms
- The product is in stock and available immediately for delivery
- The price includes all taxes (including VAT) if applicable
Products we will match against:
- New electrical and mechanical spare parts
- Unused spare parts - these are parts that have been previously purchased, however, have not been used or are unopened within the original sealed packaging
- Temporarily discounted products including voucher codes and any special or particular discounts given to a certain set of customers (for example those participating in a rewards or membership scheme) provided this can be evidenced
Prices we will not match against:
- Refurbished products
- Products that are not fully functional
- Products that have been previously used
- Competitors who are in administration or that are closing down
- Multi-buy offers – this will be worked out on the single unit price of the multi-buy offer
