What you can do if a product is not functioning

Before dispatching the product, the seller needs to test the item. The seller is also expected to upload the product's serial number and pictures of it to prove that it is working.

In the unlikely event that a part(s) of the ordered item is not working, you can open a return request within 10-days of receiving the product. This can be done directly on your Marketplace account by following this easy step-by-step process:

Step 1. In order to open a return request, click on the "Orders" tab in your online account.

 

Step 2. Click on the 'return' icon for the product you would like to return. Once this has been done, follow the returns process instructions and include all the relevant information that is asked of you. We will then asses the request and get back to you within 24-48 hours.
