Explaining the delivery process
The delivery time depends on the seller's location, the delivery address and the courier selected at checkout.
Scenario 1:
In the case that the seller has added product weight & dimensions, the buyer will receive the shipping cost as soon as the item has been added to their shopping basket.
They can choose between different types of shipping: DHL express or DHL worldwide, depending on the location, size and weight of the item.
Scenario 2:
If the item does not have weights & dimensions included, there will be no shipping options available.
To change this, the seller has to confirm the weights & dimensions of the product. You can however still purchase the item, and wait for the seller to confirm the weight and dimensions.
Once the seller has confirmed these details, a set of price rates for shipping will be generated.
After the seller confirms the order, the buyer will receive an email asking them to choose their preferred method of shipment.
