The length of time it takes to process a returns request
Usually, a returns request will need to be approved by the seller and the length of time needed for this can depend on the following:
- The resolution (i.e. refund or replacements)
- Stock availability (of that product) for the seller
- The time needed to return the faulty item to the seller
- The time it takes for the replacement to reach you
In each scenario stated above, the length of time will vary. However, the good news is that you will always be notified about the progress of your returns process in your account and via email.
