Clarifying how soon to start a returns request
After receiving your order, you have 10 days to open it and test it, to see if the product is working.
If, for whatever reason, the item is not working, is damaged, some parts are missing or you were sent the wrong item; you have the right to request a return within 10 days of receiving the item as a buyer. Please take as many pictures/videos as possible to evidence the reason for your return request.
