Stating under what circumstances returning an item is possible
You can return a received product only when:
- It is faulty
- It is not working
- It has missing parts
- The wrong item was sent to you
- The product was damaged in transit
When starting a returns process, make sure to upload as many pictures as possible in order to clearly evidence the reason for returning the item.
Furthermore, you have the right to request a return within 10 days of receiving your product order.
If, for whatever reason, you cannot start a return process, please reach out to us via Our Customer Support within 10 days of receiving your product order.
