Explaining the returns process
Only in the case where an ordered item was received damaged, is missing parts or does not work, the buyer has the right to start a returns process within 10 days of receiving the ordered item.
Starting a returns process can be done directly on your Marketplace account by following this easy step-by-step process:
Step 1. In order to open a return request, click on the "Orders" tab in your online account.
Step 2. Click on the 'return' icon for the product you would like to return. Once this has been done, follow the returns process instructions and include all the relevant information that is asked of you. We will then assess the request and get back to you within 24-48 hours.
